Delete your account

Solah Pro: Azan Qibla

You can delete your Solah Pro: Azan Qibla account at any time, either in the app or by emailing us. Deleting your account permanently removes it and everything synced to it.

In the app

Open Solah Pro and go to Settings.
Tap Account, then Delete account.
Optionally tell us why you're leaving, then enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email hi@solahidris.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Solah Pro account". We'll delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account: name, email address, password and avatar choice
Your sign-in sessions
Your synced progress: Quran reading goal and pages read, qada prayers owed and made up, and your habits and their history

What is kept

If you tell us why you're deleting your account, that note is kept in our anonymous feedback inbox. It isn't linked to your account or email.
Subscription records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; manage that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Settings and data stored only on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app.
