Terms of Use

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Solah Pro on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the terms of the store you installed it from. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

2. Prayer Times and Qibla Accuracy

Prayer times are sourced from JAKIM (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) for Malaysian prayer zones. The Qibla compass relies on your device's magnetometer and location services.

• Solah Pro is a convenience tool. Times and directions may be affected by device sensor accuracy, magnetic interference, an incorrect selected zone, or changes published after the app data was bundled.
• Notifications are scheduled by your operating system. Battery saving modes, Focus or Do Not Disturb, and aggressive background restrictions on some Android devices can delay or suppress them.
• Where accuracy matters, please verify against your local masjid or the official JAKIM listing.

3. Subscriptions

Every feature of Solah Pro is free on both platforms and is not conditional on any payment. The optional auto-renewing subscription exists so that users who wish to support the app's running costs can do so; in return supporters receive additional colour themes. It is currently offered on iOS only. No functionality is withheld from non-subscribers, and none is removed if a subscription lapses.

• Pricing is $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year, charged to your Apple ID.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your Data

Solah Pro has no accounts and stores your settings and tracker progress on your device. Deleting the app deletes that data, and it cannot be recovered by us. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of Solah Pro at any time. We aim to keep prayer time data current and to give reasonable notice of any material change that affects paid features.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

Solah Pro is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the prayer times, the Qibla direction, or the delivery of notifications.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
